In an increasingly complex and demanding working environment, the need for useful and beneficial supervision has increased exponentially. Learning how to provide this in a safe and efficient manner is essential in any healthcare organisation and avoiding the pitfalls.
Led by Matthew Cole, Clinical Director York Stress & Trauma Centre, this course is ideal for those who supervise the clinical casework of others and those wishing to train in it. You will receive a theoretical overview of restorative clinical supervision, alongside practical applications within a range of environments, with particular focus on how to successfully address frequent problems which arise.
