Look at how Mindfulness impacts upon the individual, including those with pain or other difficulties. Breathworks approach for health and workplace contexts.
Led by Mj Stephens, Senior Trainer for Breathworks, will provide an introduction to practices focusing on breath and body awareness, and an opportunity to try these out in person. How Mindfulness can support individual stress resilience as we help patients manage health challenges without being overwhelmed.
After attending this course delegates will be able to:
- Understand what Mindfulness is and is not
- How to practice it/potential benefits
- Use of Mindfulness in health care
