A Mental Health Law Update (Section 12 Refresher and Approved Clinician Refresher)

Part of our ‘Mental Health Law’ series of continuing professional development events; presented by the Andrew Sims Centre’s established Mental Health Law multi-professional training team including Dr Tim Branton,Consultant Psychiatrist; Dr Nick Brindle, Consultant Psychiatrist; Christian Walsh, AMHP and Development & Professional Lead for Mental Health; and Dr Tony Zigmond, Consultant Psychiatrist.

This course is accredited by the East Midlands and Yorkshire S12/AC Approval Panel as a refresher course for S12 Approved Doctors and Approved Clinicians and is valid for those attending from other parts of England. It is also designed to deliver the regulatory requirement for annual further relevant training essential for DoLS Mental Health Assessors.
